Refund policy

Returns:

• If you have any product quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@djhobby.com.au, including your name, address, and order number.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Please note: Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom or personalised items, used or deteriorated products, or digital downloads.

Cancellation:

• Requests for cancellation must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
• Cancellations are not accepted during sales periods.
• Due to the nature of digital products, orders for digital items cannot be cancelled or refunded.
